If someone notices the sequence followed in bengali meals, starting with bitter, pogressing to more greens like saag, then dal, then fish/ chicken/mutton/ vegetarian proteins and ending with sweet and savory. I thought it's too enhance the experience but now I see there were more reasons than one

As someone who has seen loved ones who suffered from depression. There is a caveat to meditation and no one talks about it I don't know why. People who are overthinkers or are prone to depressive thoughts should not meditate. (initially), First approach to healing is always always movement. So go out for walks, play your fav music, join a gym or any form of outdoor sports, take in lots of sunlight, and breathwork!!!! omg it does wonders for everyone!!! (checkout so many great videos of that on youtube) and then gradually get into meditation after at least 3-4 months but again start with guided or mantra chanting instead of going into the silent meditation where you reflect or observe your thoughts.
When I’m first hungry I want a salad and protein. Then I get hungrier and want “a perfectly balanced meal.” And then if I don’t eat by then I only want heavy carbs and protein. Starting with fiber is great way to go even on your own plate!
